1. All bidders must register
prior to bidding. The auctioneers reserve the right
to refuse any applicant a bidding card or revoke such
privileges at any time.
2. A purchaser is deemed to
have accepted an item when making his bid.
3. After an item has been
sold it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We sell all merchandise as is - where is -and are not
responsible for missing parts, theft, or damages. No
bidder shall retract his bid.
4. All advertising and
posters are merely a guide. The description as to
condition, year, hours, SN, mileage, or otherwise is
no way a warranty or guarantee. Neither auctioneers
nor owners are responsible for errors in description
or condition.
5. After an item has become
sold, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser
and full settlement must be made on sale day. Nothing
to be removed till settled for in full. Debit, Visa,
MC is NOT available.
6. Terms to persons
unknown to our company: Cash, cheque with
irrevocable letter of credit from your bank,
certified cheque, or bank draft. The auctioneers
reserve the right to refuse company or private
cheques at their descretion.
7. Anyone issuing the
auctioneers or owners an N.S.F. cheque or a stop
payment will be liable for charges.
If you have any intention of the above,
please do not bid.
8. Any dispute of bid shall
be determined by the auctioneers at their descretion.
9. Merchandise must be
removed within five days of auction sale unless
previous arrangements have been made.
10. Neither the auctioneers
nor owners will be responsible for accidents or
injuries occurred on sale site.
